Studio Brief 3: Persons Of Note - Vector Experiments

Because of my recent success using Vectors and Illustrator, I thought I'd give it a go when starting my sketchbook. I created these small pieces based around the Golden Record, one of Sagan's well known achievements. I really liked how quirky and interesting this whole concept was, and felt that it would create some interesting visuals. 

In this second image, I tried experimenting with 3D image, making a reference to the 1980's and the space age. I do not think that this image is very effective, however it was to get my ideas down physically.
