Stratstone: Worries

So we've been discussing our idea and it just doesn't seem viable in any way. The wooden cut outs will be so much work and take a lot of innovation in terms of producing them, painting them(?) and transporting them. Also we've not really discussed payment but as the budget is £100 it's highly doubtful that we will get paid, and considering the amount of work this will take I think we really need to change our idea. I think the problem so far has been lack of communication with Stratstone in terms of defining a clear brief. However we're meeting with them tomorrow to discuss everything so it we should get a lot of things cleared up then.
