In this task I experimented alot with methods of mark making and creating tone using fineliners, biro and markers. I really enjoyed this task, as in my work, I like creating intricate and detailed pieces, which this task allowed me to do.
I really like the pieces created using markers, because I feel that the thick opaque brush strokes create tone in a really effective and stylized way. In terms of creating successful illustrations, I feel that my images need more work, and perhaps a more sophisticated style.
